Responsible for smoothing out, leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete.

This position is responsible for safely transporting various aggregates and materials to and from job sites and other asphalt and cement facilities throughout East Texas.

Operates a crawler or rubber-tired machine mounted with an excavator bucket. Used for excavating ditches, structures and mass excavations, laying pipe and precast concrete structures, loading trucks and placing rock riprap. May also be equipped with various hydraulic attachments. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed.

The Area Manager manages multiple projects for a designated region to ensure they are strategically planned and successfully executed with proper resources, budgets and upmost safety.

Operates motor grader. Performs many of the same duties of Motor Grader, Rough, but in addition performs finish grade work to bluetops or other close specification control. This role ensures optimal plant performance, profitability, safety compliance, and workforce development. The manager will lead operational strategy, maintenance programs, inventory planning, and personnel management to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be employed by MAC Materials, LLC.

MAC Transportation, LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Truck Dispatcher to coordinate the daily operations of our commercial vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting highway construction, bridge construction, aggregate hauling, or ready-mix concrete operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient fleet and driver utilization.
