This position operates a crawler tractor with a bulldozer mounted in front of chassis to level, distribute and push earth or other material. May operate a ripper attachment to break up rock or other hard material. May use a push block on front of tractor to push load scrapers. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make minor repairs to equipment as needed.

Concrete laborers set up the forms in which concrete is poured. They install rebar or wire mesh to reinforce the material, use trowels and other tools to spread and smooth concrete, and mold expansion joins and edges.

This position is responsible for transporting concrete from to various job locations. May spend time working on one job or may be transferred from task to task as project progresses to completion. This position will be employed by MAC Transportation.

Operates pressure washer to remove dirt and debris from equipment and vehicles at the shop and on the jobsites.
Concrete Plant Operator - Ore City
This job requires the operation of heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment may include front-end loaders, track hoes, dozers, horizontal impactors, impact crushers and cone/jaw crushers. This job requires the operation of equipment used to move materials. The Concrete Plant Operator position posted will be with MAC Materials.
Heavy Duty Construction CDL Driver
This position is responsible for transporting construction materials to and from various job locations. May spend time working on one job or may be transferred from task to task as project progresses to completion. This position will be employed by MAC Transportation in the Nacogdoches area.
Superintendent - Longview
The Superintendent is responsible for all on-site management and field personnel for several projects, from inception to completion. The Superintendent must also understand plans and schedules; coordinating and managing both personnel & materials to prevent delays, complete projects on time, on budget and to specification.
Asphalt Equipment Mechanic - East Texas
This position is responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance as well as troubleshoot and make necessary repairs on asphalt equipment.
Heavy Highway Shop Mechanic - Nacogdoches
This position is responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance as well as troubleshoot and make necessary repairs both in the shop and field. Equipment includes but not limited to; crawler cranes, doziers, skid loaders, wheel loaders, dump trucks, tractor trailers, excavators, and various other heavy high construction equipment as well as some small engines.
